Think of it as a gold standard for businesses that don’t just aim for profit – they aim for purpose. Being a B Corp means we’re not only striving to be the best in the world but the best for the world.

It’s a seal of integrity, a promise that we’re as committed to doing right by our planet, our people, and our communities as we are to delivering you the products and experiences you’re proud to stand behind.

Consider some examples – brands like Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, even Eileen Fisher. These aren’t just companies; they’re movements. They’ve transformed into icons of trust and responsibility, proving that business and ethics aren’t mutually exclusive. When you choose to work with a B Corp, you’re aligning with a company that values impact as much as the bottom line, a company that puts purpose behind every product, every decision, and every partnership.

For us, the B Corp journey isn’t a quick checkbox. It’s a deep dive into who we are and how we operate. We’re taking a hard look at every part of our process – from sourcing and sustainability to employee wellbeing and community impact. And once certified, we’ll carry that badge with pride, inviting you to be part of this story that puts integrity on the same pedestal as innovation.

When you choose us, you’re choosing a partner that believes in a better world – and that’s a vision worth investing in.

What is the process
of becoming
certified?

Becoming B Certified isn’t a simple walk-through; it’s more like a master class in doing right by every stakeholder, from the people on the assembly line to the air we all breathe. It starts with the B Impact Assessment – a rigorous evaluation of how our business affects our workers, the community, the environment, and our clients. Every detail is examined, measured, and weighed.

Next, we’re held accountable, providing proof for every point. We open up our books, our practices, and our purpose – showing exactly how we’re doing good today and our plans to do even better tomorrow. It’s an audit, but more than that, it’s a soul-searching moment for the company.

Once we pass the threshold, the certification isn’t a one-and-done. We’re required to meet and even exceed these standards year after year, evolving and improving. Staying a B Corp means we’re not just meeting the moment – we’re constantly raising the bar.

It’s a commitment to a higher purpose, one that doesn’t just resonate in words but rings true in every action we take.”

So, what does the
B Impact Assessment really measure?

What impact does this company
have on the world?

Are you in this for yourself, or are you part of something bigger?

The B Impact Assessment is like the blueprint for a business with a conscience, a playbook for companies that don’t just chase profit but stand for something bigger.

It measures us across five categories, each one a challenge, each one a statement of who we are. It’s not about just hitting marks – it’s about setting the standard for a different kind of business.

First up, there’s Governance – where they ask, How do we lead? Are we transparent? Are we holding ourselves to the high standards we preach? They want to know we’re serious about accountability, and that’s where we set the tone.

Then comes Workers. It’s all about how we treat our people – the pay, the benefits, the culture we build. It’s the difference between seeing our team as cogs in a machine or as people driving the mission forward.

Community is next, and this is where they dig into the footprint we leave. Are we creating jobs? Giving back? Supporting the communities that support us? It’s about more than presence; it’s about purpose.

Environment – perhaps the most pressing category of all. How do we source our materials? What are we doing to reduce waste, cut emissions, and protect the planet we rely on? Here, they’re measuring every impact down to the last carbon footprint.

Finally, there’s Clients. Are we delivering on promises? Are we creating products that benefit people and keep them coming back, not just for quality but for trust?

Each category is a lens, a way to see if a company’s making a real impact or just playing pretend. Because at the end of the day, the B Impact Assessment doesn’t just measure what a company does—it measures what a company is.
